How long will it take to make a decision on my claim?

You will receive a confirmation once we have received your claim and we will provide you with regular updates. 

Our Claims Team are experiencing higher than usual volumes, but we usually notify you of our decision within ten business days after receiving all relevant information and completing all enquiries.
