Your account number can be found at the top of your statement or welcome pack that you would've received when you were approved.
I have a joint personal loan, can we all link our account to the Zenpay App?
Yes, each person on the loan can link the account to their Zenpay ID in the Zenpay App. They can do this using their account number and date of birth. If you and your joint account holder have the same date of birth, the App will request more information to verify your identity.
I have just re-financed my personal loan, do I need relink my new account to the Zenpay App?
Yes, if you re-financed your personal loan, you will need to link that new personal loan into the Zenpay App.

Can I see if I am behind in repaying my personal loan?
The Zenpay App will show your current balance and monthly repayment amount. We will contact you if you fall behind in your repayments. Alternatively, feel free to call us via the Contact Us section if you have concerns about your repayments.
