What is the difference between the Zenpay App and Zenpay Online Service Centre?
The Zenpay App is designed for mobile and offers faster access to your balances and payments. You’ll also be able to check all your Zenpay cards in one place. Currently, the Online Service Centre has more features, but the Zenpay App is catching up.
Which Zenpay accounts can I access through the Zenpay App?
Currently, the App supports Zenpay Personal Loans and the majority of Zenpay’s credit card range, including Zenpay 28 Degrees Platinum Mastercard, Zenpay Gem Visa, Zenpay Infinity, CreditLine, Zenpay GO Mastercard, Buyers Edge, Zenpay Eco Mastercard, Low Rate Mastercard, Zenpay Financial Services and Care Credit.
Can I download my statement from the Zenpay App?
You can access your credit card statements from the Manage Account section.
For personal loans, we plan to bring this functionality to the Zenpay App in the future.
How do I see my available balance?
You can switch between Current Balance & Available Balance by changing the Summary on home screen.
Can I close my account via the Mobile App?
Yes, you can submit a request to do so. However, if there’s a balance owed, you may have to get the final payout first, for which simply fill in the online form or ring us.
Can I access my closed accounts?
Closed accounts are hidden by default. If you would like to view the closed accounts, you can unhide closed accounts in the support section.
Can I re-order my accounts in the App overview section?
Yes, you can re-order your Zenpay products in the Accounts Overview list by holding the product banner for a few seconds and then moving it to the bottom of your linked accounts.
Can I see my repayments history in the Zenpay App?
Yes, you can see your credit card repayments in the Transactions tab.
For personal loans, the Zenpay App will only show your current balance.
