Find a Missing Direct Debit Payment

If you paid your account over the phone with us or via a direct debit and it isn't showing on your account we can investigate it for you. 

Once you have confirmed that the payment has been taken from your bank account or card, we’ll need the following information to log a query into the missing payment:

• Amount
• Date
• Time
• Receipt number and payment method (Visa Debit, Mastercard or one-off direct debit).
