A new way to enjoy deals with your Zenpay GO Mastercard®

You can now unlock exclusive deals with your Zenpay GO Mastercard credit card.  

Simply check out the Shop tab in the Zenpay App to view new everyday offers and rewards. 

Need some help downloading the Zenpay App?  

We got you, follow these super simple steps! 

1. On your mobile phone, find the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) icon. 
2. Then use the Search button at the bottom right (iPhone) or top right (Android) of the screen to look for the app.  
3. Select the app ‘Zenpay’ and select Get (iPhone) or Install (Android). 

Having trouble accessing the new Shop tab in your Mobile App? 

Let’s see if we can fix that!  

Firstly, do you have a Zenpay GO Mastercard? The Shop tab is currently only available for Zenpay GO Mastercard customers. 

If you have a Zenpay GO Mastercard, make sure that is linked to the Zenpay App. 

If you have linked your Zenpay GO Mastercard to the App, try going to the support tab in the App and under ‘Preferences’ make sure your Version is greater than Version 1.55. 

Oh - and don’t forget to log out and log back in. 

Wondering what these offers are?   

The fancy name is a Personalised Card Linked Offers (PCLOs). So what does that mean? They are offers that reward you (e.g. give you cashback) for spending at selected retailers using your Zenpay GO Mastercard.  Offers are refreshed every month with exciting new offers! 

With your Zenpay GO Mastercard credit card, the great deals keep coming! Be sure to check them out in the Shop section in the Zenpay App. 

I never received the offer!   

No need to worry, we have you covered. If you have a Zenpay GO Mastercard card and your account is in good standing, you can access available offers.  

Simply make a purchase which meets the retailers offer purchase conditions, and you will automatically qualify for the offer.  

When do I get my cashback? 

That’s the best part, these offers will be automatically processed when you spend using your Zenpay GO Mastercard and meet the purchase conditions set by the retailer.  

You will see the credit appear on your transaction listing/statement as a credit. E.g., ‘Zenpay name of retailer Rebate.’ - how magic! 

Most cash back transactions will be credited to your account typically within 24-48 hours (about 2 days), however, there are some that may take up to 14 days (about 2 weeks).
